During the pandemic lockdowns, we kept team morale boosted with regular treats sent to the team and online team building activities. We also engaged a wellbeing specialist to support our people with the challenges they have faced during the pandemic, available on an ongoing and confidential basis. We Introduced flexible working, which we will retain going forward.
