Silver Investors in People
Here at Control Energy Costs, our employees are very important; without them we would not be able to operate.
Ensuring we can be the very best employer is at the top of our agenda as a business.
We were delighted to be awarded the Silver "We invest in people" accreditation in February 2024, having acheved the Standard accreditation in March 2020. It was a lengthy and thorough assessment process which included employee interviews and questionnaires, as well as our policies, procedures and ways of working being put under the spotlight.
