Sayfur Miah

I'm Sayfur Miah and I started my career at Control Energy Costs as a Junior Client Manager after graduating in Business Management. It's been quite a journey since then as I have progressed to the role of Client Relationship Manager.

In my current position, my main focus is diagnosing and resolving problems that our valued customers may encounter. Whether it's addressing issues or providing solutions to their queries, I strive to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support. Managing a large portfolio of clients can be challenging but also incredibly rewarding. It allows me to build strong relationships with each client and understand their unique needs and requirements.

In my spare time, I enjoy getting into projects such as fixing cars and hiking, which I try to squeeze into my travels - Petra, Jordan (one of the Seven Wonders of the World) is firmly one of my favourite hikes to date.
