I have been working for CEC for over six years. I started as a Client Support Service temp for three months where I validated clients bills and found any discrepancies that may appear, before moving onto a permanent placement. I have managed to gain a lot of knowledge within the energy industry, so much so, that I am now a Client Support Service Team Leader and still identifying multiple supplier discrepancies.

I also work on ESOS, SECR, weekly/monthly Data Consumption Reports and in depth validations, in addition to helping a multitude of queries across the company to ensure a smooth process through and through. I'm always willing to help and give my advice where possible.
