When I joined CEC in 2020, my role was to manage metering projects from start to finish, as well as diagnosing and resolving problems with customers usage data. Over time I became more involved directly with clients, until my role developed into the client relationship role I have now, where I manage a large portfolio of clients and help them with all sorts of queries.

I enjoy a challenge and with such a wide range of clients the variety of different queries I get sent every day keeps me on my toes with no day being the same.

Away from work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and living on the Sussex coast. I am never short of interesting walks to go on and pubs to recharge in along the way.

Likes

American football – While I don’t play anymore I still love to watch the Pittsburgh Steelers play on a Sunday
Cooking – I am always looking for new recipes to try

Dislikes

Rainy weekends – I like to be active at the weekend and rain certainly doesn’t help with that
Washing up – a bit of a catch-22 given my love for cooking!
