I have eight years' experience in customer service. My past experience of being a Brand Manager for Longchamp has really helped me in my role now, as a Metering and Data Project Manager. I haven’t been working in the energy industry for very long, however, after joining the company, this is the industry for me. My role involves a high level of organisation, especially when project managing, which comes very naturally to me.
