Emma Nicholls

I have worked in the energy industry for around eight years and have gained my experience through consultancies. I have spent the last six years working on the procurement side but with a heavy interest in solving queries for the clients. I never thought that I would be making my career in energy at the age of 21, but eight years later and I am still very much enjoying it.

My passion is playing darts. I used to play for Surrey Youth until the age of 21 and have very much stuck to it and still play twice a week.

My interest is unusual as I enjoy listening to music that is not really listened to by the younger generation, and that is any Rock ‘n’ Roll music ranging from late 40’s to around mid 60’s. For my age I probably shouldn’t be listening to it and should be more up to date in my taste in music, but my parents listened to it whilst I was growing up and has been an interest and love of mine from very young.

My dislike is probably the thought of pineapple on pizza – I cannot mix sweet and savoury, it honestly makes me shudder thinking about it.
