Bethany Watters

I am part of the Client Support Services team, I am responsible for submitting meter readings to suppliers on behalf of the client to ensure they are being billed accurately. I check clients invoices through our database to ensure they are being charged the correct rates by their supplier against their signed agreements and I investigate problems to ensure our clients get results and refunds accordingly.

My job is a very “attention to detail" job and it is one I take very seriously. My experience with CEC has been such an opportunity for me to gain knowledge and experience in the utilities industry to start a career and have met some great people and made some good relationships with both staff and clients – it is a great place to work!
