I have worked in Sales/Customer service since the age of 19 years old, starting at Gianni Versace, moving on to selling computers and rubbing shoulders with Alan Sugar, followed by selling Italian food & wine, promotional merchandise and finally finding my niche in the utility industry, of which I have been with Control Energy Costs since 2007.
Customer service and account management has always been my passion in my working life and helped me progress from a trainee market analyst to my current role as Client Relationship Director.
